General terms & conditions

Terms and conditions

By using the website you accept the validity of our general terms and conditions. We at “Fair Craft – Platform for Traditional Crafts” are interested in dealing with people who are interested in our work and our handicraft products in a respectful and appreciative manner.

We operate the website with the greatest possible care and try to keep all information up to date. However, if information on our website is out of date, we are not liable for it.

1. Range of applicability

Our general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between our company and the buyer of our products. The terms of sale, delivery and payment apply to all sales via the web shop to private individuals as well as to our commercial customers. Different terms and conditions of the buyer are hereby contradicted. With the order, our general terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted.

2. Completion of contract

The offers or goods contained on the website represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order from Fair Craft – platform for traditional crafts. All offers are non-binding and can be changed without prior notice to the customer.

By submitting an order on the Internet, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. We at Fair Craft then send the customer an order confirmation by email and check the offer for its actual feasibility. The order confirmation does not represent an acceptance of the offer, but is intended to inform the customer that his order has been received.

The contract is only concluded when we at Fair Craft have dispatched the ordered product to the customer and have confirmed dispatch to the customer with a second e-mail (dispatch confirmation). The handicraft products are only sent after the invoice amount has been transferred to our account (Thomas Pöchtrager – FAIR CRAFT: IBAN AT46 3430 0000 0093 2632).

The conclusion of the contract is subject to the timely and complete manufacture of the goods. If the goods are not in stock, the customer will be informed immediately about the unavailability of the service. If the consideration has been provided by the customer, it will be reimbursed.

3. Prices

The prices and conditions valid on the day the order is accepted are decisive for the price. The prices quoted by us are exclusive of shipping and any applicable customs duties. For business customers, the prices in the shop for resellers are only net prices.

The shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location. Within Austria, the shipping costs amount to € 5.90 regardless of the size of the order. For Germany and all other countries of the European Union, the shipping costs amount to a flat rate of € 11.90. Within Vienna we are happy to deliver by bike upon agreement of the costs.

4. Minimum order value

Please note the minimum order value for business customers of € 250.00. We cannot process your order economically below this.

5. Delivery or provision of services

We deliver by post or parcel service as quickly as possible. However, delivery takes place within one week at the latest. Usually the delivery takes place after a few days. Delivery dates and deadlines are only binding if they have been expressly confirmed as such by Fair Craft. We neither accept orders nor deliver on vacation days that are clearly stated on the website.
